About Our Studio
Sarah Luck Designs teamed up with Sierra Green Homes as a full service dream it-build-it-celebrate it studio for over twenty years. We bring a Sarah Lawreance trained eye to the design (second generation as she was raised with her father revising many old homes in San Francisco and Healdsburg and Holland that ended up as cover features in Architectual Digest).
And then Sarah done ran off with a cowboy... Bob Douglas who has handcrafted log homes on islands and across the midwest, and for the last decade been with Sarah revitalizing vintage turn-of-the-century homes in the Gold Country of Amador County as a licensed CA Contractor. Together they marry a style that is both handcrafted and polished,

Our studio has helped over ten couples take their vows in highly personalized settings and styles, celebrate an 80th birthday with elegant and then racey surprise, and welcome a baby with tenderness and pizazz.
Our joy is handcrafting furniture as that is the ulimate reach for wood poetry as the things we live with should make the sutble, poignant story of homes.
